Nonhuman. People.

Timothy Morton, a flat ontologist. I know. Disappointing. Yet, his passionate contempt for easy, quick to digest conceptual binaries resonates. Everyone wants to be a "nature lover". A "wild woman" who "loves animals". Who says Nature exists? Who has generalized and categorized a group like "animals" that group which humans are to separate themselves from...? Humans, those with a neocortex that can plan and think, but not necessarily contemplate. I draw a lot of inspiration from Humankind: Solidarity with Non-Human People, and through my pictures I hope you do too.
